Usage Tips

To activate dreams : Lying down you breathe deeper and deeper or using the breath described for the album Deep Sleep .
Listen carefully to the melody - looking for patterns - and let yourself be presented with geometric forms. You gradually let the forms go ; as the music becomes more and more abstract you let your thoughts evolve by using sound as a medium - as you would ride with a wave.
In front of your current project : sitting comfortably you think about the subject for which you need your creativity - as if you were touching it with consciousness. Then let the music open your perceptions to accommodate all the forms - images - sounds and sensations who will be there for you. Note : at the end of the trip write what you have experienced down.
